CHOYS nudges you rather than nags you: your daily task, a break that fits your calendar, a colleague thanking you. If the balance is not right, you can change it.
Push notifications in the app
Open Settings in the CHOYS mobile app and tune your push notifications there. Turn off what you do not want and keep the rest.
Browser notifications on the web
On my.choysapp.com, open the Integration tile from Home. Integration setup is a one-time set of steps, and the first one is Browser notifications — allow notifications and register that browser for web push.
Check whether it worked
The Browser notifications card tells you where you stand: a Permission line and a Subscription line. When permission is granted and the subscription is active, you are set up on that browser.
Turn browser notifications off
Same card, Disconnect notifications. You can reconnect later from the same place.
If notifications feel like too much
Before switching everything off, it is worth turning down the noisiest source rather than going silent. Most people want the reminder for their daily task and their break plan, and less of everything else. You can always come back and change it again — nothing here is permanent.
