Your CHOYS profile is short. You set it up when you created your account: your full name, your phone number and the work email you signed up with. You can go back and change your details whenever you like.
Open Settings in the app
In the CHOYS mobile app, go to Settings. From here you can edit your profile, tune your push notifications, connect your fitness tracker under Connected Apps, and manage your account.
Change your name
Your full name is what colleagues see next to your recognition posts, on the Moment Wall and on the leaderboard. Update it and save. It is worth using the name you actually go by at work, so people recognise you.
Change your phone number
Pick your country from the selector, then type the number. This is the same field you filled in at sign-up.
Change your avatar
Your avatar is the little picture in the top corner of the screen — on the web it sits in the top bar next to Logout, and in the app it sits at the top of Home beside your level, XP and CHOYS Coins.
Where your details show up
- Moment Wall — your name and avatar appear on anything you post, react to or comment on.
- Leaderboard — your name and rank sit alongside your colleagues'.
- Recognition — when you thank a colleague, they see who it came from.
If you would rather keep a low profile, you can still use the private parts of CHOYS — mood check-ins, daily habits, My Garden and Weekly Breaks are yours alone.
