Deactivate account on CHOYS
Leaving your organisation or going on a break? You can deactivate your CHOYS account at any time through the app itself.
Understanding Account Deactivation on CHOYS
- Deactivating your CHOYS account is not the same as deleting your account.
- Deactivation renders your account inactive, but it does not permanently delete your user data.
- Personal information including email address, full name, job titles, birth dates, and CHOYS Profile information will not be deleted if you deactivate your account.
- Once you’re back from break or you’d like to rejoin the organisation, you can ask your primary owner/administrator to reactivate your account.
What is Personal Information?
Here’s what’s included in the employee data on the CHOYS app:
- Full name
- Job title
- Birth date
- Email address
- CHOYS Profile information
The above information is controlled by the primary owner/administrator. Your personal information will not be deleted if you’ve deactivated your account.
