Meet Bo, your Chief Wellbeing Officer. Bo walks you through sign-up. All you need is your work email, your phone number, and the access code from your employer if your company uses one.
The flow is email-first: you tell CHOYS your work email, verify it, then finish a short profile. It works the same way in the app and on the web.
Start signing up
On the web, go to my.choysapp.com and choose Sign up, or open the sign-up link or QR code your employer shared. In the app, tap Create Account on the welcome screen. Already registered? Tap Sign In instead and pick up where you left off.
The app also shows a quick screen covering the three things CHOYS helps you do — Benefits, CHOYS Coins and Belong. Tap Next to continue, or Skip.
Enter your work email
Type the email address you use at work, then continue. CHOYS emails you a 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP).
Verify with the OTP
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your inbox and tap Verify.

Add your company access code
If your employer requires one, enter the access code they shared — often in a welcome email from HR — and tap Continue. Don't have it to hand? Tap I don't have access code and carry on. See Your company access code for what happens next.
Complete your profile
Add your full name and phone number — your work email is already filled in. Some companies also ask for a password, but most use passwordless OTP, so you may not see that field. Tap Sign Up and you're in.
What happens next
If your company requires approval, you land on a Waiting for approval! screen and get access once an administrator approves your request. If no approval is needed, your account is created and you go straight in — usually via a welcome reward of CHOYS Coins and XP.
Signing in later
Returning users land on the login page. Enter your work email, choose Send OTP, then enter the 6-digit code and choose Verify OTP. Where your company has enabled it, you can sign in with Google instead. Use different email lets you start over.
