The dashboard is your central hub for employee wellbeing insights. It is the first thing you see when you log in to the CHOYS Admin Portal, and it is designed to answer two questions quickly: how are people doing, and are they taking part?
What is on it
Mood tracker
Track the emotional health of your employees over time. This is the anchor of the dashboard — everything else gives it context.
Last 7 days average mood
A weekly snapshot: the average mood rating of your employees over the past week. Useful as a quick pulse check before a leadership meeting.
Participation
Monitor how many employees are actively taking part in mood tracking. Read this one alongside the mood figures — a strong average from a small number of people is a different story from a strong average across the whole team.
Mood meter
Visualise mood trends across the workforce, so you can see the direction of travel rather than a single number.
Steps record
Track daily steps and physical activity levels across your organisation. This is where a step challenge shows up most clearly.
Habit tracker
Encourage and monitor healthy habits among employees. Habits are the slow-burn measure — they move less dramatically than mood, but they tell you whether anything is sticking.
Where to go next
- Participation lower than you hoped? Try Invite your employees.
- Want a deeper read on wellbeing than mood alone? Try Run a PERMA survey.
- Need the numbers in a document? Try Reports and exports.
