Where a program is a daily routine, a challenge is a sprint: a target, a deadline, and an achievement badge waiting at the finish.
In the mobile app you will find them under Social → Challenges. On the website, challenges sit alongside surveys and events in the Programs area.
See what you have joined
My Challenges lists everything you are taking part in, with live progress on each — for example Step Quest sitting at 50%. Challenges you have already conquered stay on your record underneath.
Open a challenge
Tap into a challenge to see four things: the target (Step Quest asks for 150,000 steps), the achievement badge waiting at the finish, your progress so far, and how the whole company is doing collectively.
Rally your team
Tap Invite Colleagues to bring people in. Company-wide targets are easier to hit with more people chipping in, and the shared progress bar is a good nudge on a slow week.
How progress is counted
Step-based challenges use the activity that syncs from your health app, so connect Apple Health or Health Connect in the mobile app if you want your steps to count. Once connected, your daily steps, distance and exercise minutes feed your challenge progress automatically — and earn you coins and XP as they go.
