Wellbeing is better with company. Refer and Earn gives you a personal link to share, and pays you coins for each colleague who joins with it.
Open Refer and Earn from Home — it is one of the tiles on the website, and a card on Home in the mobile app.
Copy your link
You get two links, each with a copy button next to it:
- Referral Link (Mobile App) — sends people to the CHOYS app.
- Referral Link (Website) — sends people to the signup page at my.choysapp.com, with your details already attached.
In the app you can also tap Invite Colleague to share straight to your usual apps.
Or share the company code
Under the links sits your Company Code. It is the same access code colleagues are asked for during signup, so it is handy when you are telling someone in person rather than sending a link.
Earn as people join
Every colleague who signs up with your link earns you 10 CHOYS Coins. Your first referral also gives you a +150 XP boost, and there are milestone rewards as more colleagues join.
Work towards the milestones
The Referral Milestone bar tracks your referrals against a series of gift markers. Hit a marker and the milestone reward is yours — the bar tells you how many more referrals you need for the next one.
Track My Referrals
My Referrals lists the colleagues who joined using your code. Until someone joins it shows an empty state; after that their names appear as they sign up.
