The Moment Wall (also called the Town Square) is your company's social feed inside CHOYS: announcements, celebrations, polls and discussions, all in one place. In the mobile app it is the Social feed.
Share a moment
At the top of the wall, the Share a moment box asks “What's happening today?”. Type what you want to say and choose Post. In the app, tap + to post your own.
React and comment
Every post can be met with Like, Celebrate, Clap or a Comment. Each post shows its interaction and comment count, so you can see what people are picking up on.
Recognise a colleague
You will find Send recognition in your daily activities. Recognition posts land on the feed with hashtags, and the person you recognised collects +20 coins. Sending and receiving recognition both earn rewards, so it pays to be kind.
Birthdays and milestones
Birthdays and work milestones show up on the wall automatically, so nobody's win goes unnoticed. A quick Celebrate takes two seconds and means more than you would think.
Your own recognitions
On the website, My Days brings together your schedule, your smart break suggestions and the recognitions you have received — a good place to look on a flat afternoon.
