This case study explores the importance of team wellbeing, both physical and mental, and delves into the interconnected significance of social impact for businesses. Our focus lies on The Heritage Partnership (THP), a client of CHOYS, which has become instrumental in fostering a culture of wellbeing and social responsibility within organisations.

About The Heritage Partnership (THP)

The Heritage Partnership (THP) is a Singapore-based Wealth Management and Financial Advisers firm. In 2023, THP embarked on a transformative journey with CHOYS to prioritise 'well-being with a purpose.' The partnership aimed not just for individual wellness and self-care but to foster a cultural shift where employee health seamlessly intertwines with social impact.

1. Prioritising employees’ holistic wellbeing

Organisational success is measured by bottom lines and quarterly reports, and employee productivity and efficiency form the foundation for these outcomes. Therefore, it is evident why organisations want to ensure that employees are consistently performing at their best.

Is giving employees benefits, perks, allowances, and ‘Fun Fridays’ enough to keep them motivated to work for your success? With changing times, organisations are realising that beyond the conventional understanding of employee satisfaction, it is the physical and mental health and sense of belonging of their teams that directly correlates with productivity, efficiency, and overall success.

As organisations adapt, CHOYS adds a digital Chief Wellbeing Officer to integrate employee wellbeing seamlessly into their business strategy. The collaboration between CHOYS and The Heritage Partnership (THP) illustrates the tangible benefits of this integration. According to Forbes, organisations prioritising employee engagement and wellbeing experience a 65% greater share-price increase, 26% less employee turnover, and 15% greater employee productivity. It's a data-backed reality – employee wellbeing is not merely a nicety; it's a bottom-line driver.

Beyond the data, the impact is felt at THP. THP joined hands with CHOYS in 2023, driven by a commitment to prioritise employee wellbeing with a focus on social accountability. The CHOYS app provided a holistic solution tailored to THP's needs, contributing to improved mental and physical health while fostering a positive work environment.

Carol Gaffney, Head of Operations at THP, reflects on the transformative impact of CHOYS:
