Your coin balance is never more than a glance away, and every coin in or out is written down.
Where your balance shows
- Mobile app — your avatar, current level, XP droplets and coin balance sit across the top of Home.
- Website — your level, coins and XP sit under your name on the home dashboard, and the Coins tile in the tile grid shows the running total.
Open the Coins area
On the website, click the Coins tile on your home screen. It opens Your Balance along with your transaction history.
Read your transaction history
The history lists what you have earned and what you have spent, vouchers included. It is the quickest way to check whether a reward landed, or where a chunk of coins went.
What you will see in there
Coins come in from moods, habits, games, challenges and programs, and go out when you buy a gift card or donate to a cause. Recognition from colleagues and referral rewards show up here too.
