Steps to Deactivate a User Account

Step 1: Log in to the CHOYS Admin Portal: Use your credentials to access the CHOYS Admin Portal.

Step 2:Navigate to the User Management Section: Under the Organisation section, click on User to view the list of all registered users.

Step 3: Locate the User to Deactivate: Browse or search for the user you want to deactivate.

Step 4: Select the Action Option: On the far right-hand side of the user list, locate the Action dropdown menu.

Step 5: Deactivate the User Account: From the Action dropdown, select the Deactivate option.

Step 6: Confirmation: Once deactivated, the user will no longer have access to their CHOYS account.
