When I founded CHOYS, I had a clear vision: to transform the employer-employee relationship. Inspired by my mother's battle with workplace-related cancer, I dedicated myself to making a difference in workplace wellbeing. With my experience leading the Innovation Mindset team at Barclays and collaborating with various stakeholders, CHOYS became the realization of my calling.
